Happy New Year to All Jostylin readers and customers.
In the ancient Igbo spirituality, we believe that every individual has a ‘chi’ (guardian angel), and if we take the time to meditate and connect with our ‘chi’, we will be guided to a place of peace and prosperity. Additionally, the more we connect with our ‘Chi’ the closer we will come to the spiritual path set for us by the divine creator ‘Chukwu’ (God).
So with this new year, I wish for all my readers, subscribers and customers that your ‘chi’ will guide you, to a place of prosperity, love, peace and good fortune. I wish that you have a proactive spirit that does not ponder on the challenges, that does not wait around thinking when an opportunity would come and fall on the lap, but goes out to grab it, or if needed simply make one for yourself.
‘Chinedu’ means ‘my God guides me’, so always keep that word in mind. And let God be your CEO going forward.
As we approach this new year, it will also be great for us to reflect on how we as individuals can work to bring prosperity and dignity to our continent of Africa, so we can do away with its long suffering history. I am so proud to be part of this great nation called Ghana and Nana Akufo Addo, Ghana’s great leader, makes me feel even more excited to continue this business called Jostylin. His vision and words help give me the drive and motivation when things may not go to plan or when I face hurdles. I am always reminded of my purpose and mission.
With 30% of the world resources still left on this continent, let us push forward to making sure that what belongs to Africa, should largely benefit those who live on the continent.
